We design and develop our own software around the way businesses actually operate. We understand the full system lifecycle – from the first architectural decision through day-to-day support and years of continuous development.
We have been building our own software since 2000 – from our first Oracle-based system to today's cloud solutions.
Integration and automation
We connect systems, documents and data sources. We eliminate manual data entry and workarounds outside core systems – spreadsheets, email and employees' private notes.
We adapt data exchange to the system already in use – without requiring its replacement.
Bespoke solutions

A production module commissioned as a ‘temporary solution’ managed the plant's operations for twelve years.

Our business management system
PointERP
A business management system for trading and service companies: from customer enquiry through quotation and order to delivery, payment reconciliation and month-end close. We also evolve it through day-to-day use in our own operations.
We first validate document and payment automations on our own invoices, bank statements and orders.
Business problems have remained the same for years. The tools have changed.
Technology changes, regulations evolve and systems multiply. A business still needs up-to-date information, efficient workflows and the ability to grow without starting from scratch.
What is happening now
Managers need up-to-date information, not reports describing the situation several weeks ago. Data should be captured as part of day-to-day operations, without rekeying it or consolidating it from multiple sources.
What requires a decision
The system should handle routine work automatically and surface exceptions. People should not have to monitor everything – they should focus on cases that genuinely require their judgement, expertise and accountability.
How to change without disrupting the business

Why we build our own systems
For many years we implemented systems made by other vendors. When a product was discontinued or changed ownership, the client bore the consequences: another migration, another cost and the need to rebuild accumulated knowledge.
We remain responsible for our systems to this day.
Owning the technology allows us to evolve the system as the client's processes change – without waiting for an external vendor's roadmap and without losing knowledge accumulated over years.
Świdnik · 2000–2012

They commissioned our production module as a ‘temporary solution’ – until a large ERP system went live in a year, perhaps two. It managed the plant's production for twelve years.
The metal forming plant, spun out of WSK PZL-Świdnik, manufactured forgings for the aerospace industry – helicopter and aircraft engine components – under EN 9100 and AS9100 quality standards.
