In the early years of the company, I spent many years implementing business systems from third-party vendors. I kept seeing the same pattern: straightforward changes that would make people's work easier and save hundreds of hours took months to deliver and cost a fortune.
Eventually, the client gives up – accepting ongoing costs and daily friction simply to avoid the risk of another failed implementation.
I have no patience for year-long projects that end with a system nobody uses. Nor do I sell an AI story where a well-engineered algorithm is all that is needed.
That is why we do not propose an off-the-shelf system. We start by quantifying what your current process actually costs. We automate the first part and demonstrate measurable results. We take the next steps only when the value of our work is clear to you.
How we work
Evolve before replacing
We first make the most of what already works and extend the existing environment.
Measure and design first. Change second.
We record the time and cost of the process, together with the number and types of errors and exceptions. We use that evidence to design the change, implement the first stage and then measure the same process again.
Automate without losing control
The system handles routine work, uncertainty goes to the right person, and sources and decisions remain visible.
Accountability beyond go-live
Together with the client, we examine exceptions, recurring decisions and bottlenecks. Each next feature is grounded in real work and operational data.
